The Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC (CBC) Bangladesh Operations recently hosted its flagship event, CBC Business Conclave 2025, at the Sheraton Dhaka. The event brought together business leaders, policymakers, diplomats, and dignitaries from diverse industries to engage in strategic discussions on the future of Bangladesh’s financial landscape.
The event was attended by CBC’s Global Chairman Sharhan Muhseen, Global Managing Director Sanath Manatunge, Chief Executive Officer Najith Meewanage, Deputy CEO & Chief Operating Officer Kasun Herath, Deputy CEO & Head of Corporate Banking Mahmud Hossain, and the full management committee, reflecting the bank’s commitment to long-term investment in Bangladesh. Two distinguished members of CBC’s Board of Directors, Nimal Fernando and Palitha Kumarasinghe, were also present.
