BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia expressed concern over the plight of the Palestinian people and conveyed her hope to stand by them.

She expressed her solidarity when Palestinian Ambassador to Dhaka Yusuf SY Ramadan, paid a courtesy call on her on Tuesday (30 September). 

The meeting took place at 8:30pm at Khaleda Zia’s residence, Firoza, in Gulshan, Dhaka.

Shayrul Kabir Khan, a member of BNP’s media cell, confirmed the meeting, stating that it lasted for nearly an hour. 

During the visit, the Palestinian envoy inquired about the health of the ailing Khaleda Zia and wished her a speedy recovery.
